I was gifted a voucher

I was gifted a voucher, so I booked an experience through Virgin Gifts. I did not hear back with a confirmation after a couple days and the booking was coming up. I reached out for support. It took a lot of effort on my end for the issue to get resolved. I wouldn’t recommend this service as a gift.

Two issues

For one, I wanted to include a custom greeting card, but it wouldn't take my photo or the message I was trying to write. Just wouldn't work.
Also, I know I requested it to be sent on another date, but it seems to have been sent today anyway.

So excited

I'm so excited about the vouchers I purchased to take my granddaughter and one of her friends to LEGO® Discovery Center Washington DC. The process took no time at all and this is a really premium experience for the 2 little 8 year olds I will accompany - and me too. Can't wait.

This is a horrible scam

This is a horrible scam! I bought this "gift card" to book a Virgin Atlantic flight. Apparently you cannot use it for that purpose. Even though it is listed on multiple websites that it could be used for that purpose. There is no customer service. No phone numbers to call. Horrible experience!

Very poor experience The voucher was not accepted at Mob…

The voucher was not accepted at Mob Museum. Tried to call customer service number…. message said it could not connect, texted number about issue, no response. Very very disappointing and frustrating. An exchange is not acceptable.

Reserving the experience is a total time suck

Reserving this experience has been surprisingly cumbersome. The process involves multiple steps that aren’t clearly streamlined. First, I had to contact Hell’s Kitchen directly to check availability. Then, I was instructed to complete the reservation through OpenTable. However, when booking on OpenTable, I was prompted to enter payment information with no option to apply the voucher—despite being told by staff that this is how the process works.

I’ll update my review after attending the experience, but so far the booking process has been frustrating and off to a rough start.

Update to reply: Hi, the requested information has been sent to you. We are currently in the process of scheduling with Hell's Kitchen directly.

This was a perfect date with my husband!

This was a perfect date with my husband. We went first thing in the morning and it was not crowded. While there is plenty of space, I prefer it quiet. The animals are well taken care of and it was relaxing to just love on the animals. You do have to make reservations for individual petting sessions and goat yoga. The gift shop is very cute and the staff is very kind and friendly. I would definitely go back for goat yoga.
