I’d like to give feedback regarding my recent delivery.
First, the driver called excessively for directions. I understand the need to confirm a location, but the number of calls was too much and became inconvenient.
Secondly, when he got to my area, there was water on the road and he said he couldn’t drive through to my gate. I had to ask my security to go and meet him. If my security wasn’t available, would my order have been taken back? The distance from the flooded spot to my gate is not far. He could have parked safely and completed the delivery on foot.
Please kindly address these issues before my next order. I’d appreciate a smoother and more professional delivery experience going forward.
