Good advice on a product choice.
Was looking at a level TX for a chemical tank application, and this company came up on Google, I checked out their website, used the Ask Louis feature, and was surprised by the level of technical knowledge the Sales Engineer (Jani) had on my requirements. Not just commenting on what I thought was the solution, but providing links to data on possible alternates that would suit the application better.
Very happy with service like that, still a bit of research to do on my side though.
