Fantastic company
Really great service. Brilliant price compared to other sellers, got YSL Babycat sample and I'm confident it's the genuine scent. Packaging is really secure, sample bottles are good quality, more sturdy than the usual ones, good spray, and with his logo on which is a nice touch. Very professional, I trust their fragrances are genuine. Couldn't ask for more, will definitely be buying again. Top draw

Scam
Sent an empty envelope and when I contacted them they said it’s impossible that would happen.
Then just stopped communicating therefore iv paid for an empty envelope.

But Rebekah, we have been communicating. I think the last email you received was about 24 hours ago - that is not what ‘stopped communicating’ means. We are a very busy small business and can’t always reply within a few hours.
You said you received an empty envelope, which I personally found bizzare as in our 4 year history, it has never happened before. Do you think we would be able to go for 4 years if we tried to cheat customers?
I believe the last email said that you would receive another order, so what are you even writing a review about? Very strange

AMAZING
I ordered 4 samples and got 1 almost completely refunded so I thought I would only receive 3, but that was not the case. I received all samples that I ordered but one was only half full so that’s why I got my money back. Was super happy with packaging, samples and the fact that I got my money back becuase I recieved 1 sample only half full (I probably wouldn’t even notice)

Good company- recommended
I bought four samples from Visionary Fragrances and will most probably use them again as this is a more convenient 'try before you buy' method than using testers in store and inevitably being harrassed by over-zealous staff!
Items were beautifully packaged in a little velvet pouch which was a really stylish touch.
The owner seems honest and customer-focused. Wide range of fragrances available and I'd certainly recommend you give them a look.
