I attempted to order lens again. they failed for 3rd time

I attempted to order lens again.. i added some contact lens cleaner and they included a case for the lens at no extra cost.. now they say because it free they cancel the order yet again.. a complete lie NEVER EVER DEAL WITH T6HEM they beyond incompetent. And teplt more nonsense all mistakes by them does not fix the problem

However, the parcel experienced delays while in transit with the delivery network, which unfortunately resulted in the order arriving later than the estimated delivery date.
