I received the wrong colour of contacts and only got a response to my email after I started complaining to PayPal. I’m still waiting to find out how to ship them wrong ones back!

Finally, comfortable lenses that don't dry out my eyes nor make them itchy.
Delivered speed was quite fast, less than a couple days, and well tracked. They have offerings that are so much better for my eyes' comfort.
I got free samples for Everclear ADM and Everclear Elite!
I tried Everclear ADM for a while, then I got Everclear Elite, Olifilcon B, which was just excellent for me.
They also have Everclear Comfort, Ocufilcon D, which is supposed to be even more comfortable but I haven't tried them yet and they're always sold out.
Either one is much better than the Everclear ADM, Hioxifilcon A.
Previously I used Majoba from 1000lentilles, they were itchy and took a week to be delivered.

I always give 5 stars to Vision Direct - the service is super quick - my lenses are in the letterbox within 48 hours! My "mutuelle" (MAIF) covers nearly all of the cost. It's new that it's not covering the postal costs. I must try to work that out. It's always a bit of a faff avoiding the payment - after you click on "make your payment" - so that the mutuelle covers the bill rather than you, but it can be done!
