I placed an order with Vision Linens for Next Day Delivery on the morning of 13/08 for bed linens and towels, which we urgently needed for our Furnished Holiday Letting Business. Unfortunately, the items did not arrive as promised. After making several calls to find out what had happened, I was not informed that the items hadn't shipped that day. It wasn't until a supervisor finally called me back that I was told the truth—that the order hadn't even left until the following day.

Due to the delay, we had to scramble and purchase linens elsewhere, leading to unnecessary duplicates, a very stressful day. Although I was offered a refund for the extra shipping costs, I have yet to receive it, nor have I received any apology for the inconvenience caused.

To add to the frustration, I received several emails asking for feedback on my order, offering reward points for submitting a review. However, when I attempted to leave a review, it wouldn't go through! Overall, a very disappointing experience

Products are always good quality and delivered well.

These pillows were used at a hotel we stayed in and I was compelled to find out where they were from. Happily the QR code was on the label so ordered as soon as we were home.
Prices are reasonable for the quality and comfort. We've all got a medium and firm each now and will be expanding our purchase to duvets at some point in the near future.
We are in the process of refurbishing a holiday rental property and will not hesitate to add these products to our inventory.

Ordered two firm pillows following trying them in recent hotel stay. Pillows give firm support but also soft on skin . Again great service and delivery from this company strongly recommend

Bed topper has made the mattress more comfortable and feel more luxurious and the pillowcase protectors with zips are basic, but they work, so all good.

Took a long time to show up and the pillows are not comfortable sadly.

Great quality linen. If you've slept in a hotel and asked why the bed felt so good this is the reason. I ordered the VV300 duvet cover, VV400 pillow and the V700 bathmat. Really impressive quality, wash and iron really well and, of course, really high comfort levels. Delivery was within 24hrs at no extra cost. Vision is now my preferred linen company.
