I don’t even know where to start with the most wonderful experience that I had! The look on my daughters face when she saw Santa and Mrs. Claus was priceless I told her I had a weird email with no name saying savannah click on this link at 1:00 so when she did and she saw them her face lit up! They mentioned stuff about her pets by there name her report card and her elf by name! She’s very shy but Santa and Mrs. Claus got her to talk! I couldn’t have had a better experience I will be back next year! And also the customer service with this company was beyond my expectations! Thank you so much for such a wonderful memory!!! And such a great impact on my daughter!!

We had a rough start, but after our initial hiccup the customer service was fantastic and they helped remedy the situation. Once our children were on the call with Santa and Mrs. Clause it was fantastic. My son was in awe with the facts Santa knew about him and they had a great chat. Felt so much more personal than going to a mall and taking pictures.

Santa and Mrs. Clause brought so much joy into our home during their 10 minute virtual visit with my kids. I am forever grateful to this company for finding a way to bring much needed magic to our children during 2020.

THIS WAS A GREAT VENUE FOR OUR 4-YEAR-OLD GRANDDAUGHTER BUT A LITTLE CHALLENGING FOR 2.5 TWIN BOYS,
SANTA AND MRS CLAUSE WERE GREAT AND KEPT THE ZOOM GOING,
NEED TO IMPROVE ON EXPLANATION OF TIME ZONE. MAYBE JUST GIVE EXAMPLE, IE 1 PM CT IS 2 PM ET ETC, CHRISTINE WAS VERY HELPFUL AND REPSONDED QUICKLY

Highly recommend! Incredibly sweet and adorable Mr. and Mrs. Claus. They were so kind to the kids and answered all their questions perfectly. We absolutely loved it!!

Santa and Mrs. Clause were so professional and very high-quality. My 4 year old was delighted in her experience today and has been talking about it for hours. The booking process was easy and fast, and communication was exceptional. Thank you for making our Christmas a little more magical.

Our children were very sad this year, that they couldn’t attend the Christmas light ceremonies, or visit Santa’s grotto.

This surprise made up for it 100%!

Santa and Mrs Claus were so great with our two and really had the time to share a conversation with them. Our son has special needs and they were very good with him and understood when he disappeared mid call. He was still there but wanted to be off camera.

We absolutely loved our visit from the Clauses! They do a fantastic job personalizing the visit and are VERY patient with the little ones. We've seen this Santa and Mrs. Claus every year since 2015 and we were thrilled to keep this tradition alive in a year that has been anything but normal.

Such an amazing way to bring some Christmas cheer to the kiddos!! They loved it, and thought it was so cool that Santa and Mrs. Claus knew about their Elf on The Shelf’s and pets. My daughter is even more excited for Christmas now.

This was amazing. The process was simple! Santa and Mrs. Claus were delightful and focused on the children. My grandchildren felt right at home with them and both Santa and Mrs. Claus talked about things that were specific to each child, like their friends and interests, as well as interesting facts that might come up in conversation at our supper table. This was so much fun!!! My 6 year old daughter and 4 year old son LOVED their special chat with Santa and Mrs. Claus. The Claus' were engaging and asked a lot of questions and talked about hoe much my kids grew. They also took the time to use the info from their questionnaire to personalize the conversation. This was the easiest process ever. Thank you all for clear communication in emails leading up to the event and the 5 minutes with the Clauses has brought hours of joy to our family. Thank you so much for creating this wonderful setup!

Santa and Mrs. Claus were sweet as can be! They did a great job and were so well prepared with interesting things to talk about with the kids. My whole family really enjoyed the visit!

Four expat boys 3,5,5,& 8 living outside the USA in Saudi Arabia. We simply booked the latest possible time slot so we could chat first thing in the morning. The Clauses even talked to the boys about the time change and reassured them Santa will be delivering world wide this year. So happy we took ten minutes to bring the joy of Santa into our home with this virtual visit. Thank you!

This was absolutely worth doing. Our daughter’s mind was blown. Our zoom from Santa was a surprise. ❤️ They were so kind and 10 minutes didn’t seem rushed. Totally recommend trying to arrange this for your kiddo!

Our visit with Mr. and Mrs. Clause was perfect. They really looked and played the parts, were engaging, knew the personal information. My 4 year old loved it. I highly recommend to anyone, and we may even do another call too!

What a great first experience meeting Santa and Mrs Claus for out 2 year-old grandson. He warmed up immediately when they brought up many of his favorite things. They went with the flow and were wonderful. Fantastic!
