Decent service overall from Vistainsurancedirect, particularly Kevin, who is friendly and explains details clearly. Quotes were competitive and the option to pay in installments is useful. However, prices have occasionally been on the higher side compared to others, so it’s not always the most cost-effective choice. An average experience.

Outstanding Customer Service
Kevin Stephenson is an absolute asset to your company. He went above and beyond what was required to help me with my insurance application. Even responding out of hours to answer any questions I had.

It would be very hard for anyone to get us to go anywhere else for the insurances for our little B&B here in Brixham!
