This guys are champions

This guys are champions. So dam fast making the cards and shipping them. The team was so helpful and very polite and on to it in a flash. The quality of the cards spot on with details and cars great finish love theme. If I order the same cards on the gold coast I would of be paying double and be still waiting for the cards. Vista Print made a mistake on 200…

Vista Print made a mistake on 200 grocery bags. With no argument, they upgraded the bag from $2 to $20, paid for the reshipment, and even refunded the original fee, which was over $200.

I am a loyal 30-year customer of Vista Print.

Damaged prints and failed promises

We’ve ordered several prints that have arrived damage and ripped, and as a result, we’re unable to use them. We reported this via their chat and we were told that they would guarantee the reprints would be posted more securely to prevent damage again. This was not actioned and the second prints are also damaged and unfit for purpose. This has been a waste of time and money.

Juliet was so efficient and prompt when…

Juliet was so efficient and prompt when I needed help due to an error on my part. She offered to do a one-time courtesy to replace the business card free of charge and update to correct design. As a small business, this is much appreciated due to our tight cashflow and I will continue to shop at Vistaprint because of this professionalism, understanding, and hospitality. Problem with Album prints

I had some problems as my prints were a little dark as I used incorrect export settings. Louie from VistaPrint customer care was very patient while I asked several technical questions over several emails. Also Vistaprint offered me credit so that I can retry based on the technical answers given which was unexpected.

You cant use a smart phone with…

You cant use a smart phone with Vistaprint website, you cant review business card designs. So you will only be flushing money down the toilet if you only have a smart phone.

Stamp missing its directional top

I order a stamp and was shown an example of what the stamp will look like: basically a stamp and what will be stamp on top so you know which way to face it. My stamp was missing the top bit and when I messaged them they didn't care and wouldn't refund or exchange even though it's the law in Australia. So I cancelled all my other orders and will be seeking elsewhere for my two business' needs.

Remove the paper, stamp it, and return it to the display to create your own customized label. This allows you to align the imprint exactly as you prefer. The Best Customer Service!

Fin promptly helped to resolve an issue with my last order and went above and beyond with considered and knowledgeable advice - the detailed information and thought put into investigating and finding some alternate solutions was greatly appreciated. Thank you, Fin! I have been using Vistaprint for many years. The online design and ordering system is convenient and easy to use, and the service very efficient. But when glitches do occur, it is the customer service that is the standout feature!

I would like to think I can use computers however, small design issues had me getting close to frustrated and abandoning the project altogether. Christian helpfully made the task look incredibly simple and also advised how to revert the design if I changed my mind.
