Very happy with VistaPrint. I have used personally and for our company, for years. Fin in particular was very friendly, helpful and great to deal with.

Website and the photo book app are very easy to use.

We ordered some business card using a Vistaprint template. We didn't notice the white line on the grey/black background and all of our cards had this line which detracted from the design. Edwin Arnel on Chat was amazing and sorted our problem out within minutes and organized replacement cards.

I found their design platform extremely difficult to navigate and produce a quality outcome. Fortunately, unlike myself, the VistaPrint staff know exactly what they are doing and their help was amazing - for this alone, i give 5 stars. Admittedly, some staff were far better than others - after working with half a dozen staff I found three were amazing. Michael S and Juliet Sophia M and one other were so good!
