Used for 8 years but have had enough. Website is glitchy and functionality poor. Yesterday I uploaded over 100 photos to make a calendar. Having started to create I realized that the template could not be amended. I could not add the month name to the calendar! So I started a new one. However none of my uploaded images were in my uploads....they were only on the original project. Must be a bug as usually uploads are all stored in "My Uploads". Chat agent was no help, told me to upload again. I switched to Snapfish. No issues and half the price.

50% of my sheets stickers were unusable as they weren’t cut properly on one side so all the edge ripped as I tried to remove them from the sheet. Once a trusted site for all my printing needs but in recent years it has declined rapidly

The customer service was absolutely outstanding and the product was great, as advertised. When I told them that the package had most likely been stolen and that my friend had not received it they instantly sent a free replacement with no hassle. Would recommend

I sent a customised calendar with photos of my kids to my parents from over seas. They are absolutely delighted with it and the quality is very good.

The website is brilliant and the calendar builder is intuitive and very easy to use.

Good quality cards, fast production and dispatch, quick delivery.

I made an order of multiple items.
Hoodies arrived earlier than expected, also stickers and coasters. Coasters were very nice.
About the stickers:
Although I always prepare the surface and stick them with extra care, after 1 week or so they become very bubbly. No good.
I also ordered some business cards that never got delivered. There was no tracking number on them so I contacted support. They said there was a mix up (they didn't know what happened) and they sent them again. After a week, no tracking number again. I waited for a month with no success. They refunded me the cost of business cards without mentioning what caused this once again.
2 stars for the hoodies, coasters, the UI of ordering and for support people that were very quick and tried to help.

Have used your services for 11 years. The product and price and delivery is brilliant. One thing I would like is a servicd were you review my project before printing. I use another company for prints I send them my photo and they use something to improve my amateur photo and send me the edited version which I can then approve.
