Very slow delivery, but...
Very slow delivery, even though you chose the "rush" delivery method.... Update! Actually I received the items on Sunday afternoon,which was a great surprise. Due to the delay Vistaprint refunded the order, which was a correct step.

Reliable Company
I had a great experience with VistaPrint. They sent the items that I ordered in 2 working days by paying for rush postal service, and got refunded the same as part of the order wasn't delivered on time. They sent the rest of the order the day after. All in time for Christmas! Will buy again from this company.

Bought a banner and business cards. Quality was great and even though it said picture could be blurred on final submission (which I took a chance on!) it came back perfect clarity and colour. Really pleased with the products have bought from Vistaprint for many years and although prices are slowly creeping up (like most things) always impressed with how they are produced. Great quality, decent price and quick delivery always helps when a customer is buying. Also love the customisable facility on the website it's really good.

After sales service was excellent. There were errors when my order was delivered and the items were replaced without quibble. Very helpful indeed - I couldn't have asked for better service. It was prompt and efficient, but the errors should definitely not have occurred.
