A positive one. Saved me a lot of work and time filling out the papers. One minus is that I would expect the monitoring of the appointment time. I applied in May and got the appointment in September. Meanwhile there were time slots available for July, which I accidently knew because my colleague told me. I would expect the company to contact me and ask if they can reschedule for an earlier time.

Liu Yun (Elly) and her colleague took us through the entire application process. I didn't order the Premium service, since I have done this before. Even so, they gave a phenomenal service and guided us to get the best visa for business at this time. It saved me a lot of money that they worked hard to convince the embassy to issue a visa with extended stay. It is becoming increasingly difficult to do business in China, but these folks just made it a lot easier.

I had amazing experience by customer support.
I couldn’t expect more support than Hawra did in my case.
She was answering my questions immediately and made my doubts clear.
I had several issues, like keeping my passport during issue the visa, sending my passport to Germany and receive it on proper time. She guided me kindly and I received my passport exactly on time before my trip.

I am using VisumService for my third time, all times in conjunction with travel to China. The two first times I payed about 1500-2000 NOK (150-200€) for the service.

This time they charged more than 7000 NOK (700€). During the process they asked if I wanted my passport delivered to Oslo airport instead of to my home address. I was a bit in a hurry (but nothing bad), so I accepted this. They did not inform me that this service cost the insane amount of 5000 NOK (500€), giving me a total bill of 1300€ for their services. I complained, and got some of the 500€ back. However, I have used VisumService for the last time.
