Probably being a bit generous giving them one star!
Who orders from a company just to end up getting their money back? What a complete waste of time.
VitaPoint do not seem to take any responsibility for using Evri as their courier of choice. Evri is well known for poor service and lost parcels — there’s a reason they changed their name from Hermes.
My parcel went on a holiday to Evri’s main depot and then straight back to VitaPoint, with no attempt whatsoever to deliver it to me. It was never out for delivery, and no explanation was provided. The only outcome I could get was a refund.
As a new customer, this was an extremely disappointing first experience. I paid for goods that I never received, spent days checking the tracking information, and ultimately ended up back where I started.
I really wish VitaPoint had gone the extra mile to make sure I received the order I had paid for, but they showed very little interest in resolving the problem beyond issuing a refund. While the parcel may have been lost by Evri, VitaPoint chose the courier and, in my opinion, should take some responsibility for the customer experience.
If you actually want to receive your order, I would think carefully before ordering. That is why I have left this honest review.
