I've been asked to review my vital parts experience, and im happy to provide this.
A 4-star review would have been a 5-star, but I did experience a slight mishap. Please read the full review.
The website states same-day dispatch if ordered before a certain time, which I met, but unfortunately, I didn't receive any dispatch notice.
The next day, I contacted the company to enquire about this, and was greeted by the service manager, promoting my courier service for the next day.
The courier chosen was DHL, and in this situation, the courier lost/stollen/misdelivered my item, of course this isn't a vital parts problem, as such, as this was out of their hands.
The next part was nothing more than legendary! I contacted the service manager about my missed delivery. They looked into my circumstances (I was local) and then took it upon themselves to personally deliver this by hand, to me, on their time off. This in itself would classify this as a 5-star, but I have to knock it down 1 star due to the dispatch time.
Would I order from them again? 100% comftable in ordering from again, I've even saved them in my web browser for my next purchase.
Many thanks to the service manager for saving the day!

10 out of 10 but you're only allowed to give Five stars so hmmpf to that, Haha. I had to add stuff to my order after I had placed it, Cause diy aint my strong suit! So I added a note after I had placed the order asking if they could help me. Next Day Donna Lacey went out of her way to call me and add them to my order. So I really appreciate that.
As it stands right now, I would recommend this company to anyone. Excellent customer service

Excellent company, top class Customer Service
I needed some parts urgently and using goggle quickly found Vital Parts could help me, The website was well organised and easy to use, and I quickly found the items, very reasonably priced, and placed an online order. The total cost was sufficient to enable free delivery. A short while after this I realised that I needed a further item and panicked a little, so I called the Customer Services team and spoke to Donna (Lacey) who enabled the extra item to be added to the original order with immediate effect and kindly organised faster posting to serve my needs. Donna was an absolute delight to deal with, and added benefit to the excellent service I had with Vital parts, and I must say that Donna is a top class asset to the company, making my Friday so much brighter.

Products look good pity about the website
The company has comprehensive stock but minimum order is £20 so you end up buying small unnecessary items. Website not easy to use unless you open an account. Difficult to stop personal information been retained on their system despite an option. On clicking the link for guest tracking it takes you to box which requires opening an account. I don't want an account so can't track my items.
