Excellent company, top class Customer Service
I needed some parts urgently and using goggle quickly found Vital Parts could help me, The website was well organised and easy to use, and I quickly found the items, very reasonably priced, and placed an online order. The total cost was sufficient to enable free delivery. A short while after this I realised that I needed a further item and panicked a little, so I called the Customer Services team and spoke to Donna (Lacey) who enabled the extra item to be added to the original order with immediate effect and kindly organised faster posting to serve my needs. Donna was an absolute delight to deal with, and added benefit to the excellent service I had with Vital parts, and I must say that Donna is a top class asset to the company, making my Friday so much brighter.

Products look good pity about the website
The company has comprehensive stock but minimum order is £20 so you end up buying small unnecessary items. Website not easy to use unless you open an account. Difficult to stop personal information been retained on their system despite an option. On clicking the link for guest tracking it takes you to box which requires opening an account. I don't want an account so can't track my items.

Vital Parts had what I needed at a good price and their service was excellent - I ordered on a Sunday and had my order Tuesday, with free delivery because my order was over £30. Genuinely impressed and it's nice to deal direct with a business instead of via Amazon or ebay.

Misleading website
Misleading website. Placed an order of which all items bar 2 were available for dispatch the next day. 2 items were only available for dispatch on the 6th January. As it the order was place over the holidays, I expected a slight delay.
Today, 11th January my order has still not been dispatched. Extremely poor and I will never use them again.

Web site said they had stock but that wasn't true!
Ordered some nuts and bolts and ticked the box for next day shipping as it said I could do and that stock was available in store. Received a call stating stock isn't in store and there will be a three day delay. That's not great at all!
With regards to the telephone lady who called me called Donna, her voice was crystal clear, she was professional and fast. She was a real pleasure to deal with. No faults at all with her service.
