I rec’d my birth certificate in a month’s time as they had promised.

I was charged $80 for a death certificate. When I received it from Santa Fe NM there was a receipt for a $5 charge for the death certificate. So this company made $75 for my mistake. I was not aware that this was a third party requesting the death certificate for me. I called them to tell them this, but they said "Nothing could be done!" So I was out $80 when I could have requested it from Santa Fe for $5. I don't know if I am angry at me for thinking that's how much it cost or at the company for overcharging!

i was sent the wrong marriage license for someone else. who ever looked at what I gave them didn't do a very good job. I spent $92.50 for something I couldn't use. if there is any way to get my money back I sure would like to know. I hope people read this and don't use your services because they stink.

easy, simple and received documents in a timely manner

Didn't processes my initial request in the beginning of April. After 4 weeks, I contacted them, they said they never proccessed my request. Then I got word they processed middle of May. After 6 weeks, they said they had backlogged & had to restart the process the end of June. No communication until I would inquire why it was taking so long. Finally received my request July 20th.

If the option was there I would give it NEGATIVE 5 stars!!! Extremely dissatisfied. The first time they sent me the wrong paperwork waited several weeks before anything was said then send me the correct paperwork I waited five weeks and instead of making sure I got my order they just gave me my money back after waiting two months to no avail all because of their mistake.! They refunded my money but it still doesn’t help me get my birth certificate which was the original order over two months ago actually longer than that three months
