Vital Records Now 

Was trying to get the dmv real I’d and needed a marriage certificate that was over 30 years ago and since marriage was unsuccessful I threw away the certificate. Vital records tracked it down for me and I just had to give them as much information as I could remember. No stress for me. Great results.

I have not received the material I requested nor have they advised if there was a problem and offered no refund.

Horribly expensive. I paid $125 but the document shows it actually only cost $55. Where did the extra $70 go? Also very slow service. Took 2 months to receive the document.

No way provided to cancel order way overcharged $80 for a $5 doc!!!

1.I have yet to receive either my marriage license or my birth certificate.It has been over 6 months since the request was made.
2. To make a request for these item on line was Impossible since I was not born in a state but in the District of Columbia (not a state)
3. When can I expect to receive these items?

Been waiting for 6 months...still nothing and no total refund!

I still haven't gotten a phone number to contact someone.

I am so upset! I never received my document! After a year of waiting, I have moved, so if it's floating around in the mail I'll never get it now. If it was never sent, well then . . .

They assisted me when the state could not! Yes, it was a little expensive, but in the end I have my birth certificate. I needed it to get a new driver's license in a new state. They were in constant contact and answered all my questions promptly. I received my document in the time frame they outlined. Very thankful!

I needed a copy of my marriage certificate for the Real ID. Vital Records was very quick to respond and deliver. I have referred their service to others whom have been quite satisfied. Will use them again when needed. A great resource!

I recently ordered and paid for a death certificate of my mother Carrie Ellen Kingsmore who died on July 20, 2005. She was born April 13, 1919. Vital Records sent me a death certificate of my father rather than my mother. Please correct this mistake by sending a death certificate of my mother Carrie Ellen Kingsmore to my address: to Kenny Kingsmore

I ordered a marriage license and put in wrong date. I was able to get it fixed, but after a few days I realized I was ordering it from California when I should have ordered it from Washington vital records would have saved me 40 bucks. But if needed I would definitely recommend this site.

You were so fast to get the marriage license to me

Vital Records charges $90.00 for a marriage certificate and still sends a bill from the county records. An additional $15. I recommend you go directly to the source. Usually the county clerk can guide you through the process. I do not recommend them.

Easy website, fast response on receiving documents

While I did finally receive my records I felt like the fee was ridiculously high.
