the nurse who took my bloods was so gentle. i wish everyone was as good. i didnt feel a thing and it is very difficult to get a vein usually because of so much chemo. she was fantastic and a true professional

Having ordered the testing kit, I was unable to get an adequate blood sample so requested a nurse visit to take blood. This was organised promptly and a very friendly, professional nurse came to my home. I had the results of my test within two days. All in all, a very seamless service, thank you.

Fair price and fast service. next-day delivery, I took the sample and sent it to them on the same day. the result was ready 24 hours after I sent the package. Very happy.

First time using Vitall but 100% satisfied - Post Office were a day late delivering the 24-hour sample to them but results were then with me in a few hours so 10/10 there thanks!
Had to search for the FBC test - not many other companies offer it as a separate one - it was a fair price and the results format is very easy to read and can be saved/printed as a pdf as well as being accessible in your online account.

Very good communication from the company, no confusion at all gave me all the advice and information I needed :)

very quick to arrive and to receive results, instructions were clear enough but because of the price we were scared to mess anything up, everything went successful though.

Wonderful service, the test kit arrived within 2 days, I did the fingerprick test at home, I returned it and got the results the next day.

The only fingerprick full blood count I could find and it's a reasonable price. Extremely fast turnaround with results within 3 days of ordering!

We had the full blood test done, and couldn’t get any blood out the first time so completely failed at getting a sample. Your team was excellent great communication and sent out another test straight away. We received the results within 24hrs.
I would definitely recommend watching a YouTube video on how to get a good blood sample. Holding your hand down below your waist made a huge difference, and the help of my wife getting the sample as I would have struggled on my own.
But the blood test came back with issues that the NHS do not test for. And as soon as I contacted my doctor they was all over me and they had me in straight away to retake bloods. Whereas before they wouldn't see me for months which is why I had to go privately and do it on my own. Gave them the push they needed to do something about it.
