Absolutely horrible

Absolutely horrible! Buyer beware! I ordered a birth certificate March 2025 for a job application. When placing my order with standard processing it said it was going to take 3 months. I needed it much sooner, so I paid for expedited processing and expedited shipping. This was 2 additional charges that doubled the cost of my order. After paying for this, it didn't update my arrival date, so I gave it some time and it still didn't reflect it would arrive any sooner than the 3 months. The 3 months comes and goes with no movement of the timeline. I reach out in July, a month after it's supposed to arrive, and they say it could take 20 - 24 weeks!!!! I finally get a new estimated date of September (mind you, I was originally quoted June). September comes and goes and I reach out again this time asking for a refund of my extra $50 for expedited shipping and processing). They turn me down and say I don't qualify. Seriously?!?! They also refuse to help me in any form or fashion tracking down what the problem is with my birth certificate that was requested for a job application. Needless to say my birth certificate finally shows up via regular mail (not the expedited shipping I paid for with a tracking #) January 2026 - 10 months after I ordered it!!! I guess I should be grateful it showed up at all.... this company is absolutely horrible and takes customer no-service to a whole new low. A complete waste of money.

This company is a scam

This company is a scam! I ordered my Birth Certificate in January and it is now April and I still have not received my Birth Certificate, well after the expected delivery date. They have no way of providing me with the tracking information. I provided very personal documentation that I fear has now been compromised. I have asked for a refund and that was denied.

Too over priced

I did get my marriage certificate, but I realized it actually cost $8. This company charged me $44. I was an idiot. Learn from my mistake. I would never use them again. What a rip off.

Complete and utter scam

I am disappointed with this company and conclude that it operates fraudulently. I applied for a death certificate and paid $84. What I paid for was someone to incorrectly complete and application for the issuing state and I would still need to submit the application and pay another fee to obtain the document. The biggest scam is the fact that you are automatically enrolled in a monthly subscription and charge you $9.99 a month. This is an easy way to take advantage of someone who is not computer literate, the elderly or someone who simply missed the opt out button. I am out of $84 and still don't have the death certificate that I ordered. I will never use this service again would not suggest it to anyone else. Just contact the vital records office of the issuing state to obtain your documents.
I will say that the customer service representative that I spoke with was very willing to assist me in canceling the subscription and reversing the previous charges.

This company is a complete scam

This company is a complete scam. I filled out an application for my birth certificate on August 22, 2025. On August 25th they took the $60.65 from my account. When I search the status of my application it constantly says "under review." It is now March 4th and there is nothing. I tried calling them today, no one answers the phone, I was holding on their que for over 40 minutes. My order number is VRO1978475 this company is a COMPLETE SCAM. I need my birth certificate to renew my license and for travel. These people should be ashamed of themselves. This is disgusting. My brother-in-law is a lawyer and I may have him look into this further.
March 5, 2026: Just read Vital Records response and there is no place to respond to them. I signed in as you said and received notification that ALL DOCUMENTS WERE UPLOADED SUCCESSFULLY AND THAT THERE WAS NOTHING ELSE NEEDED!!!!! the date of the notary was August 22nd the same date I submitted the application. I have no access to the person who notarized it. WRITE IN THE DAMN DATE OF AUGUST 22, 2025 or FIND THE PERSON WHO NOTARIZED IT!!!!!! Sign into my account and you will see there is "NO FURTHER ACTION NEEDED" "ALL DOCUMENTS HAD BEEN UPLOADED SUCCESSFULLY"............now how are you going to get out of sending me the birth certificate. I did EVERYTHING I was supposed to. IT'S ON YOU!

After reviewing Order VRO1978475, we can confirm that your application is currently on hold because the notarized form submitted is missing the date on which it was signed. Unfortunately, the issuing agency requires this information in order for the application to be considered valid. Without a complete notarized document, we are unable to submit the request to the Health Department for processing.

Once your payment was completed, you received an email with a link where additional information and the required documents needed to be uploaded in order to finalize your application before it could be sent to the issuing agency. Our records show that the application remains incomplete, which is why the status continues to appear as “under review.” Since your order was placed, several emails have been sent requesting that the missing information be provided so we can proceed with submitting the request.

I ordered an apostilie of my husband's…

I ordered an apostilie of my husband's death certificate. It cost $185 and they returned the document without the apostille "the certificate is too old and may be rejected by the Department of Health or by the authorities in the destination country". His death was 6 years ago. Well of course it's old, he's dead! They don't update death certificates. Also, I believe I paid for an apostille, not an opinion whether or not it "MAY" be rejected.

This company is a total scam!

After waiting 72+ hours and sending two communications to the company, I have not received further information to secure a certified copy of my marriage license. I will be contacting my credit card company to request a refund related to non-service. Run don't walk away from this scam! Contact your clerk of court in the county where your document would be filed.

THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY

Do you like to spend a lot of money, investing in a time-sensitive matter, and then get totally jerked around? You've come to the right place with this company! They certainly don't rely on repeat business because their "business practices" would never support that. They happily pass along a "dummy number" to contact the apostille service department but guess what! It doesn't work! Puts you on hold and then after many minutes, just drops the call. I tried for WEEKS just to see if it was some fluke, but no, this is how they "do" customer service. No updates. They need more money. And ultimately, you're the one who winds up - weeks and months later - having to start the process all over again.
