Disappointed in this government office
Needed to order a copy of my child's birth certificate as she is being trolled by this very office and is delaying their process of ordering of which they paid an expedited fee to avoid. This is very disappointing. I had higher hopes of a government office. My process of ordering seemed to be easy. However, I should not of had to be put in a position to do this. I expect my copy within the time frame I paid for. Thank you very much

Made me feel at ease applying for birth certificate copy at first. But process took longer because of my DL photo ended up having to be uploaded because they didn't accept the first one, then didn't accept my second one because it wasn't angled properly or something, I guess. They sent me an example of how it should be which exactly what I sent, it was on a black surface with no glare lighting but still wasn't acceptable so had to do 3 different pic takes to make sure they would accept it AND they did finally! So just make sure you do it correctly when having to upload your photo. Any way AND now after reading some very recent reviews AFTER I applied online and paid all the fee's etc I am very truly un at EASE. Maybe a little anxiety, possible nail biting. I just pray I don't get ripped off after I did the extra work and money to get sooner delivery :(... Soo crap.. I don't know how too rate this yet.. It's been 2 days since my application, which they did say it would take 1-2 days after the review and I would get an email to continue the steps 1-4, Soo now it's a wait game. But I can say I will never do online again if I ever had to get another copy. NOT worth the extra money or anxiety. :):)
