It took a while for the jewelry to arrive (nothing outrageous), however i have had a ring from them for the better part of three years, and it has held up wonderfully. I haven't experienced any customer support issues, so I can only speak on the quality of the metal and jewelry, but I've just put in my fourth order in, and I haven't been disappointed yet.

The pieces are amazing ! They are made perfectly ! My favourite jewerly brand :)

Vitaly has always been great in handling any questions, returns or problems I might've had in the past. If there was a problem with the delivery, a very nice member of the support team would solve it quickly and efficiently. They even paid for express shipping at no extra cost when my article was falsely returned due to a mistake from the posting company. I must've bought from vitaly at least 15 over the years, and can't recommend both their high quality beautiful products and the company as a whole

I currently own 3 pieces from them (2x frenzy chokers in silver and gold, overhaul x dropdead) just purchased my 4th which will be the “Alert”. Nowadays it’s pretty hard to find quality chokers that actually choke and doesn’t just sit like a necklace! Outside of their jewelry, Vitaly’s customer service is amazing! My overhau x dropdead choke came apart and the within a few hours after emailing them they shipped me out a new one !

My partner and I are Vitaly customers for a few years now, we love the brand and have a growing collection. The quality and beauty of the products are just amazing. We love it.

Sadly one of our pieces had a problem and we had to contact the customer service team. Our email was responded very promptly and the resolution followed at the same speed. We were amazed. Never had such a good experience before with any other company.
The lifetime warranty works and we received confirmation of a new item being sent to us straight away.

We are so pleased with the service and much more with being their customer.

Good quality products that rarely have issues. On time, the stone from my ring fell out of socket and they sent me a new ring for free. Great customer support!

As long as you are fine with paying a bit more for nice designs and good quality its perfect. Have ordered 3 or 4 times and never had any issues.

Customer service was excellent. My chain broke on accident, and only a couple of days after writing to the customer support, I held my replacement chain in my hands. Very nice exchange and fast replies from the customer service. The product is also high quality and doesn't stain or fade.

ABSOLUTE TRASH. 50CM RIOT CHAIN CAME WITH A DEFECTIVE CLASP. ATTEMPTED TO RESOLVE WITHIN 3 DAYS OF RECEIVING. THE COMPANY PUT UP A WALL AND GAVE OUTRAGEOUS INSTRUCTIONS LIKE TAKE A PICTURE, WRITE A HANDWRITTEN NOTE, AND STUFF LIKE THAT. CHARGEBACK INITIATED NOW. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.
