Pieces at Vitaly are very well made, durable with a nice weight to all pieces; from their necklaces, rings and bracelets. I’ve ordered a few pieces within the past few years and find myself comparing Vitaly pieces to the ones in store (of the same material and price point.) Always find myself coming back to Vitaly.
As for their customer service, 100% satisfied. They get back to me quick with any questions or concerns, they are attentive and AWAYS friendly and professional. Will always check back on a regular basis, and know that I’ll be taken care of if any issues arise. thank you Vitaly. :)

I have been buying vitaly accessories for years and am really very satisfied with the quality. Something broke off one of my rings and I contacted Vitaly directly. A new ring was sent to me free of charge by express within 3 days without any problems. In this day and age, many retailers promise such a guarantee, but Vitaly has really kept its lifetime guarantee. Top!
I will remain a loyal customer and look forward to many more designs.

I ordered a lot of articles here, after losing an article I was promised by e-mail to get a 50 euro discount on the next order for the same article. ordered the same article again for another >100 euro but never got the discount. Since then I stopped buying articles here.

Their customer service is doing a great job. Quick response and great problem solution. I bought several products from Vitaly, one lost its charm and I was asking for a replacement. They send me a new product instead which is beyond my expectation. Btw all the products I bought are in a great quality.

I offered a bracelet and a chain to my son for Christmas. The next day his bracelet broke. I contacted customer service and Sloane took care of my email. They replaced my son's bracelt in no time free of charge! Service is awsome and very professional.

First of all, this is one of my favorite jewelry stores ever! I love their design and own a few of their ring sets. Last summer I also bought earrings from them and I loved them so much I literally wore them everyday. The clip on one of the earrings was a bit loose, but I thought maybe it’s still ok so I didn’t return them after the purchase. But a few weeks ago the clip just randomly opened up and my earring end up gone in the sink. I got so sad! So I reached out to the support and how happy I was when they told me they’d ship me a new pair!! I received it a few days later and now I’m wearing this set again every single day! Love the store and support!

Ordered a ring but ran into a small manufacturers defect so I contacted them and they took great care of me right away. Will continue to order from them in the future for sure!

These guys were awesome, super helpful, fast, and effective in an item return ( cool ring, just too small!) love their products and policies.

Top tier. The piece I recieved I have not seen anyone else, anywhere, do it better.

Hello Vitaly. I placed an order with you before Christmas and this has becoming quite upsetting a difficult. I was very excited to wear pieces I ordered. When I got home I was very excited to get my package, then when I got home and noticed there was no package or note for me to collect from the postal shop I started to stress, I contacted the postal service who sent me an image of my parcel left out the front of my building which had me absolutely stunned. I looked around the front of the building frantically and could not find it. I have been quite offended that the blame of this has been placed on me, I saved my hard earned money and have been very patient given the circumstances. No one is taking the blame or helping me at all. The postal service said that it should have been sent via signed post for me to collect from the post office which it was not. Instead it was left out the front of a block of apartments. You’ve not offered me any help at all. I don’t want a refund or anything I just want what I paid for and ordered. Please can we resolve this as this has really caused me quite a bit of stress and upset. I have spoken with the post office numerous times who have stated they are sorry and have had a large amount of packages stolen, they have at no point said that there is any ‘proof’ my order was successfully delivered. Please just stop with this game and do the right thing. I am not a bad person and I don’t deserve this.

Great delivery and always packed sublime. I wanted to make an adjustment to an order once and was helped super fast with both a call and email confirming the change.
The packaging is also very luxurious at still an affordable price.

I recently had an order arrive for two rings I bought. Unfortunately, somewhere along the line, one of the ring models was swapped and I received a different ring alongside one of the original models I ordered. Two emails and a quick pic to the support team and I had a new order number and shipping tracking for a replacement ring of the correct model. This took all of 5 minutes. Super efficient and helpful! Reasonable steps to prove issue and provide a happy outcome. I’m glad that Vitaly has great customer support staff to accompany a brand with amazing designs.
