This is the biggest scam

This is the biggest scam. You don't get invoices it goes directly to collections. Now Im getting collections on interest even though I paid everything they asked for the every time. I dont know how to get out of it, they just keep asking for more.

Tak for dit feedback.

Man modtager altid, i alle pakker, en faktura. Dette har vi sikret os ved at fakturaen er det eneste sted hvor din adresse fremgår til postvæsnet.
Det vil sige at hvis fakturaen ikke lå i pakken, så har postvæsnet kunnet gætte at pakken skulle hjem til din adresse, ud af alle danske husstande.
Det kan med andre ord ganske enkelt ikke lade sig gøre, ikke at modtage en faktura, såfremt man modtager en pakke. :)

Vi kan se at pakken er betalt 2 måneder for sent. Rykkeren du fik først, er betalt 1 måned for sent. Derfor er sagen naturligvis fortsat.

Vi kan se at sagen er afsluttet dags dato i vores system.

This company is a scam

This company is a scam. They have not sent me any invoice to pay the normal bill and now I got letter from collections. I would say nobody should buy their product online nor even go to their website.
Why should you give any trial period and send our details to collections without sending a bill?
31/05/2022 - I just saw that they put me on subscription and now they are forcing me to pay the money including collections. First time I was charged 975dkk and now 275dkk. I dont know how much more I can take this nonsense.

After 15years l ben a jockey,l cant use any vitamin hou helps get beter shape,get more weight 😬😉
But l starting use T8 and lm so happy l feel mach better,has so mach energy 😁😈😈and weight not going up.

Legal Fraud

I’d stake claims that any positive reviews for this company are paid users. Customer service staff working for this company, although polite, are aiding in a SCAM! It’s in line with Amazon / PC Support scam from India. They just suck your money out of your bank account.

Flex 5 is just "travelling sales man" powder in a gelatine capsule. Danish law support that you don’t have a 14-day return right after the first package is sent. And the collection bills still keep coming even though the product has been sent back!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM!

Fraud business , stay away as far as possible

one star is too much, we should have had -1000!
Stay away form them , it is scam and fraud business. there is no logic or any respect to customer rights!
please read other people reviews. they send bills and bills and that is the only thing they are good at. also have a look at 5 star comments they are all made by paid users who their job is to write good reviews! That is how the business models works, get customer information , dont send any product and send bills!

They are helpful for preventing weight…

They are helpful for preventing weight gain, I stopped smoking and it’s helping me not to gain weight.

It also helped me losing the extra weight after having my baby and the doctor said it was fine while breastfeeding. Now it’s been more than a year taking them and still happy.

But be careful with delaying in the payment, I didn’t pay on time once and got a HUGE gebyr Danish style.I Asked if it could be erased but no option.

This doesn't even deserve a ONE star

This doesn't even deserve a ONE star.
I get that I need to pay for the delivery... fine, there is no such thing as a free lunch...
I also went through the "try this for free" ad on Facebook and got the first package, smartly followed by an invoice... fine, it's for shipping. Pay that. Then I get two more boxes so immediately write to them to cancel my so called "subscription" and sure as anything... I get another invoice but for an incredible amount of SEK756... not sure how or why that becomes so much more expensive, and for a two week time frame? I'm all for owning up to my stupidity of falling for this... but being so devious and dishonest will always come back and bite you. Shame on Vitamail for not being transparent and honest!

UPDATE : I have been searching for these notifications. Please do send me a copy!

I was introduced to T8

I was introduced to T8 by a 20 year younger man and he spoke every highly about this product, i'm 60 years old and always been taking fish oil and multi vitamin but now I've been taking T8 for a while, after only 2 weeks i could tell the difference, much easier to get up in the morning and energy level is higher resulting more active like biking and such , simple love this product T8

T8 was introduced to me

I am 60 yers old and T8 was introduced to me by 20 years younger person, he spoke very highly about this product, I was taken fish oil and multivitamin but the different after start taken T8 for 2 weeks I felt the energy level rise and big different waking up early morning, also easier to stay active as to biking and walking
I really love this product

Very bad, But a good scam

Very bad, Uses a accept in the contract to force you to pay, non returnable pill, that they sends you. Normal company with a good produkt would not need to chest you into auto order a product if it works.

By the way the product is not work, pure placebo.

DO NOT WASTE MONEY,

But be aware that same company is prepare to the trouble with unsatisfied customers, they have there own claim and incaso company

We do not scam people at Vitamail, and do not force anyone to anything. We do how ever inform our costumers 2 times before placing an order, about the terms and conditions, there is on the subscription. There is no return right on parcel number 2, because it is sent out according to our terms and conditions. If you did not wish to receive this parcel, the subscription should have been cancelled 4 weeks before it was sent out.
And we do not have our own claim and incasso company, but we do use a company called Collectia Finans, to take care of the claims and incasso cases for us. And this is a hole different company than Vitamail.
If you have any questions about a specific case, you can contact us on 89 87 88 12 Mon-Fri 10-16.

Don't even try to buy

Hi everyone! I have a big problem with them as well I didn't order anything I just sign for prøve gratis Metaburn of Facebook and after they send me the pack to try but with the bill... I couldn't pay... I called them and I spoke with one lady who said to me it is gratis to try.... Then after another bill came 180.03kr... I call and I pay.... I told them to cancel my address because I don't leave there anymore and now I have to pay 781.21 kr and they send me the bill at the new address with I didn't told them...... What should I do now..... I can't believe....

It is true that we send out a free trial package, but all we ask is that the costumer pay for the shipment. When you order a free trial package at Vitamail, you get informed about, you have to pay for the shipping. And that it is also a subscription after, that has to be cancelled 4 weeks before next shipment is sent out. I have ordered just ONCE from them in…

I have ordered just ONCE from them in summer and then after I paid the first bill, I keep getting bills like If I don’t pay the new bill, they gonna take like 100dkk more from me, which doesn’t make sense, because I have never got a second bottle or third and forth bottle of the hair vitamins Chewbear.
I just got them once and now I have my third bill already? INSANE

I experienced the same problem just 600…

I experienced the same problem just 600 kr. for something i didnt get.... They are full of crap and complete fraud
I have purchased the hair vitamins for my mother. The first package arrived and I have paid for that package.
Afterwards I have cancelled my subscription. They continued to send me packages which I refused to accept and they were returned. Now they are trying to make me pay 700 DKK for the subscription even though it was cancelled. This is outrageous! I am planning on filing a complaint with the EU protection of consumers.

Complete con

Complete con, if there was a minus star, that is what they would receive from me. Not only does the product not work, they con people into subscribing to the company. They state free, but then they send you a bill saying you have committed yourself to paying for a further 4 months...........Absolute rubbish and thieves

Complete fraud
