Excellent product and excellent customer service
While I'm still getting into the VITAMAN products, one thing I've noticed is that their hair products do a fantastic job of helping hydrate both my hair and my scalp. I've had a lot of dumb questions as I try out new things, but Gavin (from VITAMAN) has been super helpful and, above all, kind throughout the process. I could not ask for better customer service, and as someone who's worked retail and customer service before, that's no small compliment.

Close but no cigar
The small bag that the samples came in is nice.
There is no included information on the difference between the samples (cream vs gel vs balm etc.) or the recommended way to apply them. For that information you have to buy the retail product.
Shipping could very likely be reduced by placing the few small items included in a bag rather than an oversized box (is this your way of making a sale?).
The small samples (0.16 oz.) will not allow an accurate method of testing them. Perhaps one or two samples that would last a week or so might be a better way to promote your product.

If I could give this product and company a negative rating, I would. My husband was very disappointed in the hair gel he received, so much so that he threw it away. The hair gel comes in a very small container, so small that it looked like a sample rather than the real thing. Highly overpriced for what you get, or lack thereof. And as a cherry on top, I specifically stated not to be put on a mailing list as I get a so many spam emails a day. Guess what, I receive emails from this company multiple times a day after stating that I did not want to be put on a mailing list. This is the first and last time I will ever buy from this company.

Best deodorant I have ever used
Being such a frag-head, smell is of such importance to me. As a result, I often try new fragrance products, and have recently came across the Vitaman product line. I’m also an active person who sweats more than most; on top of that I live in south Texas. Not exactly a recipe for success fragrance wise. None of that matters though, Vitaman’s deodorants are up to the challenge. The only time I’ve noticed myself needing a second application would be after I’ve had one of my thrice-weekly 14 mile runs, and that’s not an issue since I’m needing a shower anyway. These products have my clear recommendation. The ocean scent has a clean and fresh mass appealing scent, it’s so easy to love. While the earth scent has a more niche-gourmand appeal, one which I also appreciate. Purchase the ocean scent for something easy to like, or purchase the earth scent for something a bit more... interesting. I have both and like them both, but I tend to wear ocean on an almost daily basis.

I have been using the moisturizer for about 4 months now my wife says she sees a difference in my skin.
I also use the face scrub and mud mask
Both items smell great and feels good on my face.
