I intended to order one bottle as a trial at £36.65 but was charged this amount AND £73.30.
I have asked for my order to be cancelled as I’m concerned it is incompatible with my medication and I have asked for the Unauthorised £73.30 to be returned.

I have contacted my bank to block any future payment requests .

Hopefully the order will be cancelled and the amounts refunded.

There was no order acknowledged.

Easy to complete

I didn’t like all the extra offers - thought it was very “ gimmicky”!

I placed an order for one bottle and for £19.99,then a separate second transaction went through for two more bottle which I did not want. I contacted the company by email requesting a refund , but have heard nothing and have not even had an email confirmation of the order. A complete scam.

Offering too many items. Also tried to take extra money out of bank. So be careful

You go to checkout with a product at £19.99 and then find you are charged an additional £39.98 and enrolled in an automatic renewing subscription!

I request a cancellation and full refund and Vitaslimex denied this, Instead, they state that I have to return the items at my expense to obtain a refund.

I have cancelled the subscription via my bank who have been very helpful and will be disputing both transactions.

I gave Vitaslimex several opportunities to make this right and they have declined each time.

Be aware if this happens as nowhere during the checkout process does it show you that you are entering into a subscription agreement and that you will be also charged an additional £39.98.

All, highly illegal business practices.

You shouldn’t have to have so many after offer products to get rid of once money has been paid order is complete not after reviewing offers

The 30 day money back guarantee actually means you will be paying for the postage as well as the custom duty on the product. So please be aware and read the small print. The advertisement is quite misleading.

Total scam: Pretend you can purchase one pack for £19.99 and then take an additional £39.98 without consent and add you to their 3 monthly subscription. Try to cancel and told you can only get back 25% of your money. Customer services are not helpful either!

Placed an order today, for a bundle of 3 bottles which i was led to believe would be £19.99 for all 3, it even said 3 bottles in the description. Lo and behold a payment of £19.99 was taken and then a payment of £39.98 also. I've not had a confirmation email yet, so no idea who i need to complain to or even if there is an order!! Will probably ask for me money back through my credit card company to be honest.
