Refund issued by PayPal a week after I ordered, with no information from Vitavega about not supplying the goods I ordered or why the order was cancelled by them. Won't be using this company again.

Prompt efficient service. One item was out of stock. I was promptly advised accordingly and informed when the item was likely to be obtained and posted to me. The item duly arrived as promised. I will use this site for future orders of the product.
The curcumin tablets are great and came really quickly.
Goods arrived damaged - with leaking container. Not visible externally because contained by bubble wrap. Vitavega response was to request me to return packaging at my expense. but no offer of replacement. Emailed photos of damage which their further email ignored but said Vitavega hadn't damaged and courier said it was okay, so implying I had caused the damage. Amazed at this because I had explained that i'd managed to save most of item and was not looking for replacement. Why would I bother to do this? Offered 15% discount on next order before 31/12 as goodwill - why bother?
