Breach of guidelines
The whole package & attention to detail
The whole package, it starts with an information based quote, so you clearly understand the minor pit falls that may lead to extra work or costs (but not hidden).
Once you agree from that moment clear information and instruction is passed to you, from pick up at day one to drop off at final day the clarity and attention to detail is outstanding, during the tooth removal (16) no pain, during the insertion of implant screws no pain, on final day the Dr explained I would feel uncomfortable because the work completed, I did but not painful just uncomfortable.
I return in 3/4 months for final fit so will let you know.

Hollywood smile
Well i had a great experience since i landed at the airport the driver pick me up and took me to a nice hotel and also pick me up for appointments and then back, also the staff at vitrin clinic are so friendly and helpful they walk me through out the whole process i really want to thank you guys before all this i didnt like to smile you guys gave me my confident back and a Hollywood smile i really want to thank you guys from the bottom of my heart thank you vitrin clinic.

A very happy customer 😀
Very honest and transparent with pricing, i was given a treatment plan before arriving for the crowns but when they did further scans upon my arrival they were able to save my natural teeth and this resulted in saving atleast 1.5k which they could have easily just done the treatment and charged more. Great service from honest doctors that put my health first and not money! Will be using them in future if required.

Ms Susan Price & Ma Jacquline Putnam. Vitrin clinic is amazing, I would give this clinic 5* service from start to finish. Everybody was so helpful and understanding for my needs, from transport to reception to consulting and dentist. The clinic is amazing, so clean in every area. The aftercare Betty keeps us informed to make sure me & my sister are doing well and that our gums are healing all ok. Steve was my first contact and he put me at ease and because of Steve knowledge I picked the Vitrin clinic, Steve has also checked on us to make sure everything is going well with the healing side. This was my second visit to the clinic
This was my second visit to the clinic, and I want to share my impressions. There have been many positive changes — the team is working even better now, and I am very happy about that.
Special thanks to my doctor, Faisal Kayali. He is not just a doctor, but truly an artist and a master of his craft. I highly recommend him to everyone.
I would also like to mention medical consultant Zuleyha and consultant Ali. They are honest, attentive, and professional people who are always ready to help.
My gratitude goes to all the transfer drivers, especially the kind and caring Memet Özdil. Thanks as well to the planning department — Dina and Merana — who did everything every day to help with my stay and meet all my requests.
I cannot forget the translators Haji and the charming Karina for their support and assistance. And the new manager Ali pleasantly surprised me — he is kind, responsive, and a true professional.
I can confidently recommend this clinic. Here you will meet people who do everything at the highest level and with genuine care.
