Average Subscription Box - Shockingly Poor Customer Service
I ordered a one off box and was surprised to be charged for a second. I contacted them straight away and they have ignored my emails. Extremely poor customer service.
Update: I have still not had a response to my emails, I haven't received the second box, and they have tried to take payment for a third box today and sent me a 'Payment error' email - I am so glad i cancelled my bank card to prevent them from being able to take additional payments. I am currently in the process of challenging the 2nd box payment with my bank.
I have noticed that they often turn off comments on their social media posts as disgruntled customers are commenting on them in the hopes of getting a response, they are clearly only interested in new customers and have no interest in providing the minimal service level you would expect.
Further Update: Vivacats have now tried to report this comment as i haven't provided proof of purchase. Interesting how their positive reviews don't need proof. Nice try, but i have a confirmation email and have forwarded it accordingly. This company continue to sink lower in my estimations.

Cancelled my subscription with this company last month. Not only have I not received the original box I ordered but after they confirmed they had cancelled my subscription they took another payment out. No replies to my emails either and no phone number you can call.
Should have read these reviews first. Anyone have any luck with contacting them?
I will be taking the matter further with the Federal Trade Commission.
Absolute joke of a company...
Absolute joke of a company, to say replies to emails are slow is an absolute joke you could easily wait a month for a reply. My box was a nightmare to cancel and have yet to receive my last box which apparently was back in october (it is now december 28th) received a faulty item in my box and was told it would be sent in my next box (my last box which has not arrived) i emailed to ask where my box was.. received no reply emailed again and over 3 weeks later got a pointless reply copying and pasting a previous conversation. The items you receive are cheap and rubbish. I made my cats a much better christmas hamper. I bought a bundle of toys for £11 on amazon (much better quality) and some treats from the supermarket. Not worth the money you pay for to be treated like you don’t matter.
Save your money and your sanity they are a bunch of lying thieves.

How they can justify the price of £19.90/mo is bewildering. The website claims the boxes contain items that total to over £35. I have just received my first box, and received no more than £5 worth of non-premium products (2x treats, 2x small toys and a cat collar). I would avoid this subscription and spend your money on items you know your cat would like (and save yourself £15 every month).

REPLY to my emails! SCAM! You kept my credit card info after I unsubscribed and continued to charge me for boxes. Even when I have emails from you saying I've unsubscribed properly and won't receive any more boxes. And when I keep trying to contact you again about it, you just send me automated emails! REFUND ME AND STOP THIS IS FRAUD!

I got the first box through for a fiver on instagram, i thought it was really worth the price. Unfortunately my next payment got taken out before i could cancel it so i wrote to them and got them to cancel it. It is a little steep for nearly 20 quid but hey, always read the small print!

The website is terrible, its almost like the website is half completed, missing so much information, and they hide the cancellation process hoping you won't go through the hassle of cancelling.
The box was 50% full of straw and packaging, ended up with 4 items that I could get for no more than £10 at high street pet stores. Yet they charge £20. Absolute rip off!

I signed up last month and received the first box a couple weeks ago. My cat was absolutely thrilled and so excited. She hasn’t stopped playing with the toys and now has new favourite treats that she really loves!
Avoid this company for your own sanity
Unfortunately, I was duped by an offer to receive your very first box for just £5 - which I thought was great. They took money from my account and their website claims to send out boxes in the last week of the month. The last week of the month came and went into the next month and no box. Emailing them was an absolute chore - lacked any kind of personal (or human) touch and felt like all their replies are simply just automated responses. When I did eventually receive the box, I wasn't exactly blown away and there was one item missing (according to the piece of paper you get which tells you about your items), but I didn't have the energy to complain because it was just £5.
Their website about cancelling your subscription is really confusing and unclear and when I attempted to cancel (which had to be requested via email) I was told I couldn't. This was an entire month before the next box would even be sent, so they had plenty of time to cancel my subscription. October has come and gone and I was yet to receive my box, which I was charged full price for (£19.50) so I emailed them last Friday morning asking what had happened to it. Their automatic response claims that you get a reply "in less than 48 hours". Six days later and I've only just received the response saying that there was an issue with the October box and that it could not be delivered. Thankfully they said they've issued a refund for the missing box - only time will tell if I actually get this back though... I'm not hopeful!
The only saving grace from this experience is that I get my money back, because the number and quality of items you get for almost £20 are just simply not worth it and there are better brands out there or you could simply spend a fraction of that price buying the items yourself.
FURTHER UPDATE: Since they seemed to have failed to send the October box to just about everyone and eventually refunded me, I noticed an email that said my November box had been shipped. Utterly perplexed by this, I got in touch demanding why there was a box coming when my "subscription" that I didn't want should have been cancelled. Lo and behold, they claimed it was to make up for the October box mishap - I kindly told them they should have probably emailed people to inform them of this instead of sending out generic emails with Royal Mail tracking numbers that don't even work. When I got this box, it was absolute garbage - thankfully it was free because I wouldn't in my right mind spend £20 on it. The items I could have sourced from a pound shop and were as follows: A small packet of treats, dental treats, a wicker LED toy, a treat dispensing toy and finally... a giant sticky sheet. That's right. A. Sticky. Sheet. To collect pet hair. Just awful. Seriously, don't bother with this company, there are better subscription boxes out there.

This company took my money, never sent the box, never responded to my emails and blocked me on social media when I reached out to query the situation.

Refuse to cancel my subscription unless I pay them to do so and are still charging me, even though they haven't sent me out any boxes at all. When dealing with them online, they ignore me repeatedly to them give me a legal response that I am in breach of contract, even though they were the ones who broke it by not sending me my first box.
Edit: They reported my post because I never bought from them using the email I signed up to trustpilot with, despite the fact I sent them all the details and everything and they have records of me complaining using the email.
It took me over a month to get a response and I had to threaten legal action AND reporting to the ombudsmen for me to get my money back for the boxes, after they refused to cancel my subscription unless I paid them money. They also claimed to have lost my emails despite the fact they were deleting my comments on their facebook page. I had to block this company though my bank to stop them from taking more money.
Sent all the evidence to TrustPilot. Hopefully they republish this review.

I would give them zero if i could! absolutely disgusted with the service, i ordered the initial £5 box, payment was taken and nothing has arrived a month later. I thought i had successfully cancelled my subscription but have since been charged an additional £20. I have emailed and messaged them at least 4 times with no response. If only i had checked on trust pilot first!
Don't be tempted by their offers
I saw an advert on Instagram, which offered your first box for £5. I purchased this in late September, which was expected to arrive in October, however it is now November and I've yet to see any sign of it.
To be perfectly honest, I wasn't expecting to be charged for a second box before the first one had even arrived. I've emailed them asking for my subscription to be closed and refunded, although by the looks of the other reviews, I probably shouldn't hold my breath. Perhaps I'll call my bank in the morning instead.

Honestly for what you get it's not worth it. Maybe if it had been good quality items and they actually responded to emails this would have been a great product.
ETA- note how they alwsys want proof that you are a customer if you are remotely negative about your expeariance rather than actually being helpful. I paid for an extra toy to be told of I got 1 toy that it would be the one I paid £5 for. What a waste!
