Bought (SKU# V0715) Copper Hanging Dove Ornament, $49.00, and that did not include shipping, mandatory insurance, or tax.
It arrived in a grocery box and had been repaired. The hanging chain was glued to where it connected to the wings of the dove and it was filthy dirty!
So. I gave it a bath, straightened it out to the best of my ability, and kept it. Wasn’t worth my time or the aggravation to fight for a replacement.
It looks totally precious in the picture but that is not what you will receive.

Early in 2026 and early in 2025, I ordered an apple blossom amaryllis in a waxed bulb from Viva Terra (item number V4334PNK). The same thing happened both years:

1) A few days after placing the order, I received an email stating that the item was not in the warehouse and the delivery date was delayed.

2) When the order arrived, it consisted of a bulb with the stem entirely broken off.

3) The root cause of the problem seems to be poor packaging. The bulb is in the bottom of a cardboard box with a piece of carboard around the bottom of the stem. There is no packing material around the stem to keep it from breaking off.

If you want an amaryllis bulb to arrive timely and intact, this is not the company to order from.
