I asked vivid to start a chargeback for…
I asked vivid to start a chargeback for a transaction nearly 1 month ago, the chargeback still hasn't been started, vivid doesn't communicate with me at all, I have to keep contacting the customer support and they keep telling me that they are still conducting an internal investigation before starting the chargeback, I think they are waiting for the payment network chargeback window for this transaction to end to just tell me they can't do anything.

Bank is discriminative
Have been using this bank for nearly 4 years now. Got it opened based on my residence permit. All legal checks are done, residence permit continues. Then it shuts down my account with no explanations. All the funds are blocked.
My guess is that it's simply because I have a Russian passport. A lot of colleagues with Russian citizenship, which work for a well-known brand, received salary via vivid. All of them were blocked too. This no explanation block hurts so many lives now: all SEPA payments are blocked, people can’t receive salary and pay for the rent.
All of it just because the bank decided to do proper checks of the loyal customers and chose an easy way: just block us and never care. That‘s when your customer centricity ends. And now they mark my review as if I do something illegal. Bravo
