I ended up canceling my entire Vivint system order before this camera could fully be integrated or used. Their door-to-door sales tactics were extremely deceptive—promising "free equipment" only to later reveal thousands of dollars in hidden costs, along with high-pressure behavior and unauthorized signing of paperwork on my phone. I exercised my 3-day right to cancel, sent back/refused the equipment, and walked away entirely. Be very careful with what you are promised upfront versus what is actually in the contract.
