Waiting for the fourth tech in less than two weeks of installation of system to have complete resolution with doorbell and doorbell camera

Not what was promised. I'm not even sure what this is. The thermostat is awful.

Really didn't need it and didn't use it yet but every time i go out the door , it do gets on my nerves: " Front door, Garage door, side door" can be annoying.
The plan is very comprehensive and gives me piece of mind
