Poor customer service and products


I have problems with getting help with a simple pool pump. After ordering pool parts from VIVOHOME I am finding out nothing was ordered. I confirmed the parts shown in the previous email. No one has contacted me about this order and my water in my pool has turned green. Had I received these simple parts the water would not be green. I contacted customer service 03/12/2026 about this problem and the parts were not ordered as of 04/01/2026.

Previously I contacted VIVOHOME about the timer that wasn’t working. It took weeks for that resolution was to disconnect the timer. This is the worst customer service I have ever had in my life. Do not purchase anything from this company.

Our OUTDOOR pool pump got water inside…

Our OUTDOOR pool pump got water inside the unit after a rain. The LCD unit went out. This unit is less than a month old. It is a two week turn around on a LCD display to get our pump going again. This is a $15 dollar part to them. I know because I use to buy them for a company.
I called asking if someone could get this part to me sooner please. I was always nice. Was told someone would get back to me on this question. No one did because no one cares. The small company I worked with we always made sure the customer was taken care of. They bought our product. We need to take care of them. Vivo does not feel the same way.

Total bunch of scamming liars

Total bunch of scamming liars. Products are far inferior than advertized. When you complain, they state they will give a refund and then charge you a 2nd time. Still fighting with them with cc company.

I was amazed at how easy it was to assemble my dump cart. The instructions were great with great pictures and the hardware was divided and labeled step 1, step 2,etc. so you knew exactly which screw went to which step!

i bought a birdcage off this company and tbh it was terrible parts missing broken catches and sent pictures to them they offered me £20 refund the cage cost me over £90 i wouldnt buy anything from this company it’s a discrace 💯💯

Shipped Damaged Item

Sent repackaged and damaged white bird cage. Ripped open box. If I did not order from Amazon I would have never received a refund when returned. I will never order from this seller again. Amazon would not post my review. Buyer beware.

VIVOHOME's ice maker is like the little…

VIVOHOME's ice maker is like the little engine that could-it's amazing! It churns out 9 pieces of ice every 6 minutes, which might not should like much, but it keeps going non-stop. I absolutely love this product. It makes more than enough ice, so we're never left wanting. Sure, the ice melts pretty quickly, but given how it's been this summer, that's not surprising.

GREAT PRODUCT

I have been struggling for many years trying to rid my small goldfish pond of algae. I emptied and cleaned it manually this year, and about four days later, I couldn't even see my fish. My wife researched your product and bought us the VH515. Two weeks ago I installed it, and now it is totally clear. I mean, it was thick as pea soup(no exaggeration). I have before and after pictures, but don't see where I can add them.

I asked if they could at least trouble shoot the error codes displayed via email. Response was crickets.

Just know - if you run into problems, you’re on your own.

Love your tone deaf response VH. I contacted support, no response! You asked me to send the the error codes and pictures and I did. No response!
