I’ve gotten many vivohome products. It’s a great company. They provide many useful items at affordable prices, which cannot be understated. I have had a few issues and customer service has always more than taken care of me. They care about the people they help and that says a lot about a company. I recently got a sandbox for my kid from them and it was perfect. Nice size, easy to put together, sturdy and withstood our crazy winds. Always had positive experiences.

I have bought several items from this company via Amazon. Great items at very good prices. Will definitely be shopping with them again!

I bought a bread machine last month, I making whole wheat bread now. Every Saturday night, I prepare bread mix on machine pan, then I just click to start machine. I like to use diversity functions.
Sunday morning, my bread is ready when still I was in the bed. This machine has multiple function and you can make pizza dough or roast nuts.
I recommend who wants to buy this.

Ordered the Vivohome 120" Window Door Awning Canopy. DON'T DO IT! This is a terrible product. The description leads one to believe this is high quality merchandise. It is not. It's all plastic except for some rails made of aluminum, which allows them to include "aluminum" prominently in the description. Don't be fooled by the 5 star reviews on their site. Look at Amazon. Many, many bad reviews. When I addressed the quality issue with Vivohome and ask that they pay to have me ship this back for a refund, they refused and offered me $20 to keep it. I had to pay over $25 to ship it to them. This company will never again receive an order from me.

I ordered an ice maker. It arrived and was too large. I made arrangements to return and was given a return code. I paid shipping to return it and provided the tracking info to VivoHome. They couldn't understand the tracking, even though there were provided the link, a picture of the receipt and a spelling out tracking code. Then once they confirmed that they did receive (after I send proof they received) it took weeks for a refund. Eventually it all got resolved and the other product, an air purifier, works beautifully.

Never get deliver direct home. pickup at post office or Fed-Ex (So before you except the product open and Check your order) if brock product you refuse to except and RETURN TO SENDER. Take the pictures and keep the receipt.
If you order direct deliver to home they send you a broken product return by other customer and pin on you and offer $30.
I bought -$234.00 Cook Top June 6, 2022. Thanks God I always use Pay Pal got back my refund on July 1, 2022 and that's because I Use PayPal and PayPal look all avoidance and help me to my refund If PayPaI not there I 100% sure Vivohome rip-off me -$234.00 very easy.

Very happy with vivo home products. I have many items. I have a small business in my home and the heat press and lift desk are amazing for my work. Friendly customer support and when I needed a new item it was sent right away. Look forward to more items.

SO SHADY. Don’t do it. They sent me a busted, bent, paint chipping off broken bird cage and then made it nearly impossible to return/get refunded. They avoided telling where/how I could return it despite me asking several times. Most frustrating, awful customer service. Took forever to be refunded. Complete and total waste of time.

I’ve order a few times from Vivohome and have always been very satisfied. My last purchase was a kitchen food scale. I love the sleek design and it’s small footprint. It takes up almost no space at all. Shipping was pretty fast to California, I think it was only 3 days.
