I ordered ankle brace that should fit…
I ordered ankle brace that should fit up to size 5.5 UK. My size is 3.5-4 and it didn't fit at all. I wrote email with request how can I return the brace, which I received reply that someone will be in touch with me. Nobody contacted me to this day.

I'm really grateful to be able to order homeopathic remedies from you. Here in the backwards US, many of the Heel combination formulas are no longer sold. None of the ampoules and none of the veterinary line are available. They were my mainstay for my family and animals. I rely on EU vendors like you.

I purchased Pro Heel cups on the advice of my podiatrist for pain in my heel pad. I was very pleased with how well the cups fitted into my shoes and slippers and the comfort they gave. Vivomeds website was easy to use and my purchase arrived promptly.

Vivomed a very helpful company
Vivomed give a very professional service. Being able to contact them by phone and speak to a person who was able to deal with my query was easy and the help they gave was straight forward, I had mistakenly ordered the wrong size of the product I needed, they were able to cancel my order and refund me promptly and I was then able to order the right size. Delivery was prompt.
