The ankle strap is too bulky
The ankle strap is so bulky, it doesn't fit inside runners or football boots making it absolutely useless.

Thank you for your review.
We have looked into this and it appears your order was delivered within 48hrs of it being shipped?
You placed your order after we had closed at 6pm on the 21st, the website stated at the point of ordering that you had missed the cut off for same day dispatch.
This was processed and shipped by Royal Mail 48hr the next day on the 22nd and was delivered on the 24th at 0938 within the Royal Mail 48hr guidelines.
We do offer a 24hr delivery service but are afraid as we are charged extra for this by the courier it is a bit more expensive.
