Excellent service at Vivona Earcare. The specialist was professional, caring, and explained everything clearly. The procedure was quick, painless, and they even spotted an infection I needed treatment for. Highly recommend!

Great experience the lady that dealt with me was so lovely, friendly and patient...there was a lot of wax but she didn't give up! Highly recommend!

Naomi was very attentive to my needs. She explained the microsuction wax removal process in detail and made sure that I was fully comfortable. Also, she delivered a very good job and put a beautiful smile on it.

I have been to Vivona in Croydon a few times now. I suffer with meniers and am always a little nervous when having my ears done. However, I trust Raimah to clear them. She is lovely, very gentle and always explains exactly what she’s doing. I will always go back and have them done here with Raimah.

The team are very friendly. Appointments are always on time and the clean is relative simple.

A timely, professional and pain free experience, worth every penny!

Had a problem with my Right ear, the problem had lasted for 5 days, used the Oil etc to try and make the wax easier to remove, after that period of time nothing was improving drastically if at all, went to my doctor they were nice as well but I need my ear problem to be resolved at the nearest available time, they were going to be longer than I would have hoped for to be seen, I my head I wasn’t having it, I needed to be completely better and to be able to hear properly and CLEARLY in the days up to an event I was going to, I went to this place in Croydon, VIVONA EARCARE EARWAX REMOVAL CLINIC, I have to SAY the service I received was INCREDIBLY AMAZING from the moment I walked in to actually having Microsuction and to actually getting done and getting the result I wanted in such a short space of time, it was my first time having Microsuction to my ears and Raimah was just Amazing in doing the procedure ensuring good care throughout making sure I wasn’t feeling any sort of discomfort regularly from dizziness, pain, headache etc. she explained everything that was needed and what she was doing every step of the way and done the objective and was very patient in doing so, throughout the procedure I didn’t experience and pain at all or discomfort even with my right ear being the more challenging than my left one, it appears that there was nothing that couldn’t have been HARD to sort out, was very very impressed, 5 days doesn’t seem like a long time for some, but when you can’t hear out of your ears properly it could feel like a lifetime, I’m just upset I didn’t come hear before as I had previously had a problem with my left ear couple of year ago although with wax it didn’t seem a challenge to resolve at the time, I would Recommend anyone with a problem with WAX in the ears making it hard to hear and to function day to day life properly to Visit VIVONA EARCARE EARWAX REMOVAL CLINIC in west Croydon they will take it out for you, I WILL be back should I have another problem. Oh and I like the fact that you can even book an appointment to be seen on the day and find a times that’s suits you and being convenient, or book a time that’s not too far away to wait and still be convenient

The overall experience was very professional, thorough and explained to me every step of the way. Naomi was fantastic and really dedicated to doing a great job. This is the third time I have been to this clinic over the past two years and would highly recommend them it’s not cheap but worth every penny.

Your service is very thorough -- much more so than other companies I have used. From the preparation before the procedure, to aftercare. Your audiologist, Raimah, was so polite, knowledgeable and caring. She explained the procedure very well, and answered lots of questions. The result was great -- I can hear properly again!

Raimah is an asset to this company and while not putting down other employees I truly believe she goes above and beyond to help with this very annoying problem.

The procedure carried out with a very competent who was welcoming and quiet relax. She explained as she went along while carrying the procedure. Good communication still, easy to follow.
