Customer’s service

I have ordered an item but the item however was faulty, so i have reported it back to vivup, mark, on the otherhand who responded to the matter urgently, and had guided me althroughout the process and everything went smoothly, topnotch customer’s service!

Great company for easy savings

I have been using Vivid for a few years as a perk of a company I work for. The discounts have been really helpful at times - particularly AirBnB and Ikea. Both have saved significant amounts of money.

I recently contacted customer service after having an issue with purchasing a gift card. The issue was resolved quickly and the communication was excellent.

Excellent communication

I recently experienced a problem with a purchase that I had made in error. The team at Vivup (Clare and Tracy) were outstanding throughout. Not only did they work hard to seek a resolution, but they also were brilliant with their communication throughout.

Poor communications. No resolution

Applied for a gym membership where the payments are via salary sacrifice. The amount deducted in the first month was more than 4 times what the actual amount should have been. I was unable to get any explanation other than passed from one team to another.

Friendly support but the problem not solved

Clare helped me by ringing the company who I’m getting a bike from. She was quick to call
Me back too which is much appreciated and told me the bike would be shipped today or tomorrow. Unfortunately I emailed the company - Brick Lane Bikes - after I was told the issue (them getting the money for the bike) was resolved and they replied saying that it wasn’t. I’m a bit worried about the bike arriving as i am due to start paying for it from my April pay.
