Massively overpriced
Massively overpriced, they claim to provide savings through salary sacrifice but they mark the prices up so much it’s cheaper to just buy from Apple or John Lewis directly
MacBook Air from Apple: £1100 outright or £1170 with a payment plan. From Vivup: £1280 *after* tax and NI savings. That’s a ridiculous markup considering how much tax and NI is being saved too
Edit to add: they then “requested more information to verify I had a genuine experience” despite the fact I’ve clearly included the prices from their own website and so obviously know the review is real, because how else would I know the prices? This feels like an attempt to stifle a genuine review.

When purchasing via the Salary Sacrifice Scheme employees are entitled to savings via NI, however we do not claim that this is the most cost effective way to purchase goods and items may be cheaper elsewhere.
The service we offer allows employees to spread the cost of the item without the need for credit checks and to conveniently have the amount deducted from their salary without the need for direct debits or any payment management.
We do request further information on all 1* reviews so that we can check any communications we may have had with the person leaving the review, this is to ensure all information we have provided is correct and to identify any service failures which may have occurred.

I have been having login details problem for quiet a time. I put a call through to Vivup customer care and the lady I spoke qith assured me she would send the complaint to the right channel and will get it resolved. What makes the service superb is that she kept updating me on how far she has gone on the issue until the problem was finally resolved.
