I'm very thankful to Jill as she sorted my problem, I was very desperate and I was losing my gift but she was very patient, stayed on the phone until sorted my problem, she was very kind and understood my situation. I can't thank her enough for today, it made my day,

The chat bot was not at all helpful

The chat bot was not at all helpful for the issue I was having involving annual leave purchase. It was not on the bots option list and there was nowhere to ask a question. Amazons chat bot is a much better model for this. I contacted a department from the available options who told me to use the chatbot. I explained my difficulty and they provided a phone number where I was able to speak to someone who was extremely helpful and had the issue resolved quickly. I would give this person 5 stars but he service overall a 3. Without this persons help I would have scored a 1 star.

The online customer service portal /…

The online customer service portal / chat function is misleading - it implies you can speak to someone / raise a message but there does not seem to be that actual function that I could ascertain. This aside, when I did get through to speak to someone on the phone, she was incredibly helpful, friendly and knowledgeable and sorted my query very quickly.

Fantastic service!

Had an issue retrieving rewards I had cashed out and 'Jay' was SO helpful in resolving my query and very quickly. A smooth and efficient customer service was thus received for which I am so thankful! The choice of gift cards is amazing - much more than similar schemes I have been a part of previously. Honestly, its so impressive the variety and number of partaking outlets; would thoroughly recommend Vivup!
