Godfrey was good in customer service an asset to your team. Patient with the process when it didn’t seem like the system was functioning properly.. Godfrey, Harrison and myself seem to be phone buddies now. 🤣

I am very satisfied with the service I received from Vizion and in particular from Omar. He was always busy but made great effort and care each step of the way to make sure everything was processed smoothly at each step.
Everything was explained clearly and was easy to understand. I applied on Tuesday and drove away in my car less than three days later.

Spent hours on their phone waiting to…
Spent hours on their phone waiting to be answered - initally machine said you could press 1 to get callback - then call immediately dropped off - no one called back ----then I called again and stayed on waiting where machine said you were 2nd then 1st in queue then 3rd in queue - there's no consistency. Completely wasted 2 hours of my life. I even sent them an email - again no response.
