Fabulous jacket delivered almost instantly

I have two now - one for me and one for an adult son.
I am very pleased with the quality of the product and how it works in practice. I spend a couple of hours most days riding 12-35 miles from 05.30h - 07.30. Dark all this time at this time of year. I'm experienced knowing how close vehicles pass me although at that time, vehicles are few - the reason for choosing the time. I wondered whether I would be given more or less space as a result of wearing the Vizirider. I believe that passing cars give me more space probably because they are unsure of the nature of the lit-up object. I hope that is maintained in the long term. The jackets are relatively expensive for families but with 'cycling to school' grandchildren in Geneva, I can see the benefit of smaller sizes. Walking children would benefit similarly. I think many families would not be able to afford these but some would think the outlay were worthwhile. Give it some thought

The product looks well made and the lights are very bright as described. I'm exchanging the vest for the next size up to allow for a warm winter coat underneath. Simon was very accomodating exchange no problem. Very happy with product and service and will recommend.

I bought a vest as I already have a good jacket, and added a rucksack cover and now feel properly seen on my bike.
I am a UK size 12 and the vest size S is a good fit, it sits snuggly but comfortably over my jacket and will be good over lighter clothing in the spring.
The rucksack cover is a little large for my daily work rucksack, but the elastic and the straps keep it in place.
the lights really enhance visibility, the concept is brilliant...why hasn't someone come up with this before.

I started using the gilet this week to cope with dark nights in London. I am very impressed: I found it easy to use and very bright, and I felt safer than usual - I normally wear high vis stuff, but not with lights. I saw the Guardian review and thought I would try it: great so far. Richard

Customer service really excellent. I ordered a Small vest but found it wouldn’t fit comfortably over a coat. I had already charged the separate battery pack. Immediately the company agreed to send a new larger vest size only, and I hung on to the battery pack. This arrived promptly with a paid return bag to return the smaller size vest. Product itself great - just the thing to give more visibility on dull afternoons on the country roads where I live, and of course to supplement standard cycle lighting. Thoroughly recommend.

Great vest. Fits well. I will certainly be visible on the country lanes. Fast delivery. Stylish package - I liked the personalised letter enclosed. I got the impression that this company takes pleasure in its business and customers.

Excellent service. Rucksack cover is bright (in the red) and the lights will make a real difference on my commute. Charging is hassle-free and the on/off switch is easy to use, even with full-finger gloves on.

Great product which makes me feel safer on the road at night. Brilliant, personal customer service to replace a gilet with a larger one.

Has the desired effect on motorists as the winter darkness closes in. Bad for companies providing pensions..

A well-made gilet, with great visibility features: hi-viz material and bright flashing white lights in front, red in the back, for added protection. On the pricey side (at £70); but if it holds up for several seasons, it will have been a good investment. Only concern is the connection between the battery pack (rechargeable) and the wire inside garment: disconnecting (prior to washing) may be more difficult than I had assumed.
