So at first I was a bit skeptical about buying these as I didn’t believe that insoles could give you any type of benefit and make you jump higher…. After many weeks of second guessing myself I gave in and actually got the gold insoles with a free silver pair also…. At first when they arrived I thought that it would just be in a box waiting for me at the door but no, Vktry know how to please their customers… the box it came in had a leaflet of how to break in the new insoles! Crazy right! And after so breaking in time I can honestly say that these are so comfortable! They don’t make you jump out the gym and please don’t expect buy buying these your going to go from no touching the back board to Michael Jordan all at once but I can say that the insoles actually do give you a bit more bounce.
