Shocking horrible experience. Never had such an awful, irresponsible and unprofessional in every aspect "service" (in my 45 years and after living in 4 countries). As per my experience the low score here is completely justified. Too bad I found those reviews late. Hope this review will help others to avoid money waste and a lot of stress. Quality of floor work is extremely low, I had to re-do it with another company (also shocked by the quality, btw) the customer service either not responding or responding aggressively yelling (yes, yelling customer support, not something you see regularly), they are very mad if you call them, instead of waiting their response in whatsapp for hours; 100% prepayment and no option to claim anything back for the poor quality. The floor worker also was very mad when I asked him about the quality and started to pack to leave immediately, saying I understand nothing in the floor installation, but honestly there was no need to be an expert it was too obvious that the quality was super-low. Their return was supposed to cost me 250 EUR. No support from "service" line either. They were laughing at me with the workers in my presence in my apartment, thinking I don't understand Dutch, but they way the worker was mocking me just in front of me was very clear. In the end - extra cost to re-do their "work", stress, and waste of time. But I preferred to pay extra to another company rather than dealing with this one even for 10 seconds more.

Very attentive from the beginning. We had quite a few questions and doubts, but they really thought along with us and nothing was too much trouble.
The end result was great and we were very happy with our floors and tiles. We definitely recommend them!

This is madness! 6 months ago I spent several thousands of euros on a new laminate floor for my whole downstairs. Huge project to move everything and the whole thing took up lots of time besides the cost of course. I picked the “premium” package that’s including installation. Website makes all sort of promises about guarantees and quality. About a day after the floor being installed I notice many of the floorboards being broken. Corners had come off so the mdf underneath was visible and a lot of boards weren’t slotted together properly and some were not level with the rest of the floor. So basically it’s now super sensitive to water since the mdf is very absorbing and water can get in to and between the boards, and the corners not level will of course wear a lot faster than it should since they stick out.
When contacting the company I’m met with disbelief and accusations that I must have dropped something on the floor. Only when sending photos of the MANY many flaws they send someone over to check it.
After waiting several months someone finally comes to exchange the broken boards. Then same thing, again corners are missing the laminate layer and there’s a board with a big scratch along the edge.
So today someone else came over to check the floor again. I explain this can’t possibly be “premium” quality, and I’m not having it. He, in return informs me that laminate floor is basically not meant to live on and absolutely can’t handle being washed with anything wet.
This is absolutely hilarious of course. Firstly the information of the “premium package” says it has a 20 year guarantee for the boards and 2 for the laying work. It said it’s good quality and durable enough for hallways, living rooms and kitchens. AND the kicker is that that in the package, a laminate cleaning liquid was included which the only way to use is with a floor mop.
At this point I just want a refund and they can take the floor away again.
Please be very very careful if you’re planning to buy a floor package from this company. The quality is clearly well below standard and I question the validity of all these positive reviews. Possibly they are written by people that indeed don’t actually intend to use the floors they’ve had installed? Which of course is laughable.

(Upstairs I have laminate that is around 15 years old by now and that is pretty much in the same shape as the bottom floor one is now.)

The Business cannot communicate or organize anything. I used the company before and they were only OK with service, where the technician left a mess, including damaging my walls with pvc. I was renovating, so i just repaired it myself. The second time I organized them to come to my house and they never arrived on the day with many different excuses applied. Pity because i think Dave van Huizen is a good guy caught in the middle of a badly operated system.
