The best removal company!
The best removal company I’ve ever used. Excellent communication from the beginning and the most polite, hard working removalists. The move was a difficult one but they remained unruffled and helpful throughout. Great value for money. I would definitely recommend. Thank you sincerely.

The team arrived on time well presented in uniforms with nice clean professional looking trucks.
They were very well organised and obviously know the business handling our products with care and attention.
The boys just knuckled down and got the job done so we look forward to that happening when they drop it off in a months time at the other end.

Excellent booking but very slow
Booking process was excellent, curtous and helpful. However even from a video, they underestimated how much stuff we had. So booked the smaller truck and had to do two trips. Sadly the removalist were very slow... time was of the essence. I ended up moving a lot of stuff out, then they slowly put in on the truck... slowly slowly slowly......

Hi Ruth, our calculation worked out 24cbm, and the truck we sent you was 30cbm. Your removalists were experienced team, Salvatore has been working with us for 4-5 years, very good guy.. I can see that not everything was packed into boxes, so of course it will take longer, and they still need to take care of your items. To be fair if you need to move stuff it means you are not packed properly, everything has to be in boxes. Like, book and wine or tea chest. What I find if people are ready we are never too slow, whatever that means, it's not a sprint, it's marathon

Paul and Salvo (hope the name is correct) were on time. They did not take breaks and were very accomodating with our requests.
Nothing got damaged, lost, scratched during the transportation, which was very good.
I have used VMove twice, they are reliable. Cost you a tad bit more than othere, but you get what you pay for
Highlight of the move was a lovely experience I had with Paul and Salvo, great guys! Hard-working and efficient.

Initially thought they were good then damage discovered
Friendly staff with good communication and competitive pricing. Unfortunately damage was done to both the walls of the home we were moving out of, notable scratches to our fridge door and a deep gauge out of our dining table leg. Our palms were also damaged/ bent beyond repair and stalks needing to be removed.

Hi Allison, thank you for the review. I understand that there may be some scratches, but you never let us us on now about it. Even now you are implying, that we were somehow dishonest. Scratches on the walls from the home you were moving from, could have been visible easily on the day, or few days after the move. Maybe it's not even us who did it? Fridge door, again always put back together at the customers kitchen, not even after few days we heard a complain about it. Also the access was extremely narrow to get it in, you seemed happy for this accomplishment. The table leg. Again you did not inform us. I thought we did a good job, it's sad that you do not want to communicate with us to rectify the issues.

Just letting you know that, all movers are trained not to take off their shoes while on the job, as it is a work health hazard. The boys were moving really heavy items and of course they wanted to protect their feet. Once when I was inexperienced, I listened to customer demands like that, and the shelf fell on my toe, now I don't have a toe. And the customer was caring only about his red carpet stains. On rainy days we would put a blanket on the floor to minimize the damage , even though it is a health hazard too. For most customers they understand that this is already a compromise on our safety.
