Copyright Issues
When I bought vocals and used them in a song and published it with the vocals in it, I got a copyright claim on YouTube because someone else put a content ID on it. I am very disappointed that vocally didn't keep their promise (copyright free vocals, no licensing through third parties).
Will think twice about using their vocals in the future.

Clean website with high quality vocals
They boast about a royalty free platform, but then there is one clause right at the bottom of their website that states "you are not allowed to have more than 10.000 streams across platforms"...
Update: Following the reply from Vocalfy, it seems that the website hasn't been updated, which means that there are no limits of streaming despite it says so at the bottom. Overall the website is clean and straight forward. The only reason not they are not getting 5 stars, because the "Basic" package gave me wet vocal instead of dry, which doesn't make sense that I have to pay more to get a dry vocal.

I thinks the dry one should have little processing
I thinks the dry one should have a little bit of processing like some compressors. Just to make producer produce faster without worring too much about the dry vocal is too loud or too quiet. Or you can change the name of the file to RAW so we can under stand that the vocal has not been processing.

Singer has a good voice and the lyrics are well done. However I was quite surprised that some parts were out of tune and there were some timing issues here and there. That's a total vibe killer. I had to get a 30 trial for melodyne to try to fix it

A bell in my head just rang!
I just started a song in the key of c minor. When heard Alessandras vocal...... BAAAM! It clicked. I'm working on a song/production right now. I am using her vocals and lyrics and will sing around it but her name will be (My name. Feat. Alessandra). I plan to contact her to lip sync her part in a couple areas so I also can produce a You Tube video which I'm sure will get a whole bunch of likes and at least 8,000 views.
