Bundle activation is not working
It seems impossible to purchase a new Giga Boost package through their online website (vodafonegr...bundle-activation). Their system raises unhadled errors every time. The irony is that I want to buy their service and there are not even capable to support me. What a waste of time!

My parents have been having issues with the homebroadband for months and they gave free data only to my mum. They refused to give data to my dad,being hnable to speak to him during Christmas!
Completely unacceptable! They have been charged religiously for services they haven't received! Avoid at all costs!

Vodafone service
ToBi service is annoying and not helpful at all. The waiting time to respond through service chat is short and usually the session is ended without the appropriate servicing. Also, currenly I have a case that the ammount of money billed was more than expected because the company excluded an initial discount of the e-bill which was existed from the day 1 of our contract (almost 2 years now). It may be legally ok for the company to do that but it challenges the customer's loyalty and retention.

I have been a customer for 19 years, and it's getting worse every year. When you start or renew a contact, they don't make you sign anything. They tell you the contract is for 18 months, then give you a print out that says 24 months!
Today I tried to cancel the service, they can't do it online, it has to be on the phone, but they have to call you, you can't call them.. They called me 4 times this morning, and hung up at my face as soon as I spoke! Am gonna have to drive 30km to town to cancel the service. Incompetent company, incompetent personnel!

I've been feeling ripped off for a long time because our internet only has a downloadspeed between 6-8 Mbps and a uploadspeed of 0,8 Mbps. When I made the contract with Vodafone they told us up to 24 Mbps. When I go to Vodafone in Ierapetra, Crete they say this is normal. I would like you to write me exactly what I can expect from Vodafone and which speed we should get. But I never get any answer. Vodafone does not care about the customer. they just want to sell.

Vodafone is the worse company you can use .. there customer service sucks they play games with you.. They keep passing you to another person another department and it goes on for days .. it’s started from the beginning they said we would have one bill never happened and we were under the impression that’s how it was.. unfortunately it was two bills the turned the service off for the house phone and internet.. I called in and asked for them to give us an extension for payment and they gave me til the ninth as soon as we hung up they turned the service off and when I called back they kept lying to me that it was in the technical support I called and they said it’s not is it’s them service and it went on for 3 days !!! No one told us though it was for the non payment til this morning!! But kind you they gave us til the 9th of the month which is 7 days !! I ask you why would you want to deal with people that do not keep there word or play games a corporation??? Playing games with customers .. this morning the girl told me the truth .. I asked for a manager but no one ever called me back ever called back to make it right !!

When the company tell that I could have the mobile I want in one month from the day I will have signed the contract of vodafone I believe every word.
But when that day came the company tell me that they didn't know that needed about 1 year at least to have the opportunity to have the mobile and the price of that became many smaller cash contributions and not in 1 month.
Also the cell phone signal used to be E those days Cosmote all over the world has 5G or the Vodafone signal even outside has E and not only inside the home.

We got a phone contract from them and noticed that it didn't work. We tried to cancel it within the next day, calling the customer service (given that under EU law you have the right to cancel within 2 weeks). Every time we get told someone will call back or people are on vacation and we just need to wait. We never get a call back. We call every day for weeks and waste countless hours in the waiting loop talking to probably >50 people overall. After over a month we finally get someone to cancel the contract. Then they charge us >3x the monthly fee of the contract and tell us we didn't cancel early enough!! We have records of calling them often multiple times a day. We went to the store trying to cancel there. We wrote to their online chatbot (only way to write to them apparently). And all this starting from day 1. Always just tell us someone will call back. What a huge waste of time and money! We never got to use the contract since it didn't work and they charge us for >3 months anyways (even though we canceled after 1 and tried to cancel the next day)!!! How can this company still exist and not be sued all the time? EU customer protection should take a look at them.

the worst internet provider in history. I had to go through 3 routers each year and had to get a technician to my house just to restart the router. Like bro I'm not stupid THE FIRST THING THAT I DO IS TO RESTART YOUR EURO VIETNAM SWEATSHOP REFURBISHED ROUTER! And that God damn red light makes me want to smash it into a million pieces. Then we have their stupid non experienced customer support thats probably getting paid 1,50 euro per hour that tells you to restart the router. BUT, some routers have monitoring software that allow them to restart your router and God knows what else they can do. And when you are in a godamn tech support call calling from Vodafone Sim you STILL get charged! I can't make this stuff up! Now for the data, the EXCUSE of data! It's either 4G or Edge, and Vodafones 4G™ is 1mbps which takes 4 YEARS to send or receive 1mbps of data! Edge is not even 1 kilo bit! E for Vodafone stands for Eternity! (OR SOMETIMES nEver) Also they are dirty scammers and liars! My family paid for 2 years 100mbps and what did we get?
