Maandag een bestelling geplaatst.. geen mail van bevestiging gehad of een track and trace, maar wel betaald. Vanwege dat het maandag pasen was, zou mijn bestelling er dan uiterlijk woensdag moeten zijn, gezien ik maandag voor 22.00 heb besteld. Tot op heden geen mail of update gehad. Gister al geprobeerd contact te leggen via de website. Het zou fijn zijn als er iemand even contact opneemt over mijn bestelling, want dit kan echt niet!
Eerste keer ervaring maar nooit meer . Beloven item te leveren binnen bepaalde tijd . Heb hier ook voor gebeld . Was een cadeau voor iemand die op reis moest . Niet gekomen … is te laat . Geen excuses of iets … weggegooid geld !
